I wish other agencies would adopt the comprehensive through approach you are providing here and please don’t  change…..believe me it works!! I once stated to a new agency who contacted me that it was far better to provide when possible, individual assistance than generalise, as many agencies do. Too many agencies now say so little, deal in volume and perhaps feel saturating the field with many applications, one may be successful and gain a posting. I know in your business with so many projects ongoing, probably hundreds of applicants for same, it is a major task to screen and select the most suitable.
