SUBSEA DESIGN ENGINEER – ANGOLA– DIRECT HIRE CONTRACT

Our Client, a primary and well recognized EPC Company, is seeking a Subsea Design Engineer to join their team working in Angola.

EXPERIENCE:

• The main focus is on Conceptual and Design phase so looking for Engineers with significant experience in Subsea/Deepwater project activities.
• Experience in subsea deepwater engineering.
• Experience in definition of subsea field layout.
• Experience in sealine mechanical sizing and installation analysis.

JOB SCOPE

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct identification of alternative concept designs studies for oil & gas production systems in conjunction with subsurface teams to optimize field development plans.
• Support on the selection of the most cost-effective surface development options taking into account life cycle cost to optimize CAPEX for the Asset.
• Drafting technical reports related to his area (e.g., Conceptual Study report, Concept Selection Report, Basis of Design)

Salary:               Negotiable USD net per worked day

Duration:          1 year renewable contract.(project could go on for 24 months plus)

Rotation:           90 days on /15 days off (days off not paid) working 8 hours per day, 5.5 days per week.
